The news of Young Tiger NTR and Koratala Siva collaborating on a pan-Indian flick has generated a lot of buzz among the audience. With Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor already signed on as the female lead, NTR is keen on expanding its reach beyond the South after the massive success of ‘RRR’.

However, the latest topic of discussion is the actor who will play the antagonist to NTR’s character. As director SS Rajamouli often emphasizes, a strong villain can elevate the hero’s character even more. This is why the makers of #NTR30 are scouting for popular actors from other industries to challenge NTR on screen. Unlike old times when character actors were cast in villainous roles, these days, even heroes are seen playing the antagonist.

Initially, there were rumours that Saif Ali Khan would be playing the role, but they turned out to be false. According to insiders, the team is now on the lookout for a Bollywood actor who has not acted in the South before to attract a North Indian audience.
